各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、地方税务局，西藏、宁夏自治区国家税务局，新疆生产建设兵团财务局：经研究，现将承租集体土地城镇土地使用税有关政策通知如下： 在城镇土地使用税征税范围内，承租集体所有建设用地的，由直接从集体经济组织承租土地的单位和个人，缴纳城镇土地使用税。财政部 税务总局2017年3月31日
