江西省财政厅国家税务局总局江西省税务局关于继续对全省城乡公共交通车辆免征车船税的通知江西省财政厅国家税务局总局江西省税务局关于继续对全省城乡公共交通车辆免征车船税的通知 赣财税[2021]7号 2021-2-5 各市、县(区)财政局、税务局，赣江新区财政金融局、税务局： 为支持全省城乡公共交通事业发展，根据《中华人民共和国车船税法》第五条规定，经省政府同意，现继续延长全省城乡公共交通车辆免征车船税政策，免税期自2021年1月1日起至2025年12月31日止。享受政策的城市、乡村公共交通车辆是指： 1.符合交通管理部门认定，属于城市、农村公共交通车辆经营范围; 2.有固定的经营线路，票价经物价管理部门核定; 3.线路经营微利或亏损。 特此通知。 江西省财政厅 国家税务局总局江西省税务局 2021年2月5日
